I saw this idea on Pinterest a while ago and have made it a couple times. The original pin called this a breakfast item but we have eaten it more as a dessert. It is quick and there is no cooking involved, just a little assembly.
Ingredients: (makes 1)
1 Whole wheat wrap
1 Banana
2T Peanut Butter
Small handful Chocolate Chips
To assemble, lay wrap flat. Spread with 2T peanut butter. Layer with sliced banana. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Great idea adding the chocolate chips. I have added honey and cinnamon to the PB and banana wrap and that is also delicious.
