My friend Kitty and I made these Christmas lights a couple years ago for Christmas. They were simple to make and look nice in a bowl or could be strung onto a garland.
What you need:
Large Christmas lights
Modge podge
Glitter
Place glitter in bowls. Coat light bulb with modge podge. Roll in glitter of your choice. Allow to dry on a cookie cooling rack.
