Beergaritas!!

I don't drink much but Eric and I both love margaritas.  A few summers ago we started making these beergaritas and they are so good.  We often make them for cookouts, parties and tailgating events.  And honestly, what's more appropriate for a Jimmy Buffett than these?

Ingredients
1 750mL bottle clear tequila
2-3 Coronas
1 can limeade concentrate (can use margarita concentrate if you can't find limeade)
2 concentrate cans of water
Lime for garnishment.

Mix all ingredients together and serve.  For transport purposes we found it's easiest to portion the drink out into 4 big mason jars, rather than try to travel with a pitcher full in the car.

Sangria

Last weekend I attended a baby shower for a friend/coworker and my friend Tarah, the hostess, served sangria that I really enjoyed.  I decided to make some on Saturday at the lake and even my dad liked it.

Ingredients
1 bottle white wine (I used Riesling)
2 liter sprite
1 can pink lemonade concentrate
1 bag frozen berries (She used blueberries but I had a bag of mixed berries in the freezer already so I used them instead)

Simply mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher & serve chilled.
