Pizza casserole

This is the second recipe I have used from the Here Comes the Sun blog in the last few weeks.  This was simple and we ate it for the last two nights in a row.  I didn't follow the recipe exactly, this is my adaptation.  Next time I would probably use a few more biscuits but we liked it a lot.

Ingredients

1 lb ground meat - I used venison 

1 C diced onion

1 tube original canned biscuits (10 count)

2 cans pizza sauce

1 C Mozzarella cheese

Handful of turkey pepperoni 

Brown meat and onion together on stove.

Add sauce to meat and simmer together. 

Cut biscuits into quarters and press into bottom of casserole dish.

Top with meat mixture.

Top with pepperoni.

Spread with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
