Sauteed Kale

This is a Bobby Flay recipe that we found to use our kale from this week.  It's easy and takes 15 min or less.
1 large bag of kale
3 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 C water
2 T red wine vinegar

Heat oil in skillet.  Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds or so.  Add water and kale, cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.  Uncover and cook until all liquid is evaporated.  Season with salt & pepper, add red wine vinegar and serve warm.
