Zucchini Chips

I'm linking up with Fluster Buster today to share a recipe for zucchini chips.  It couldn't get much easier than this 3 ingredient recipe.

Fluster Buster

Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Slice zucchini thinly.
Spread zucchini on a cooling rack (oven safe), then place over baking sheet.

Brush with olive oil.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake on 425 degrees for 15-25 minutes.  How long you need to cook them will depend how thinly they are sliced.  I took a few of my thinner pieces out at 15 minutes but then the majority cooked for 20 minutes.
