Pasta Salad

Today I made some pasta salad to take to the lake for the weekend.  The menu for the weekend pretty much consists of anything that can be grilled and so this is something that can go with it all.  I would venture a guess that most of you have made something similar at some point.  Here's my version...
1 box Ronzini Garden Delights Trio Italiano pasta
1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1 pkg grape tomatoes
1/2 C shredded cheese

1.  Peel cucumber, quarter & slice.
2.  Dice red pepper.
3.  Half grape tomatoes.
4.  Cook pasta according to package instructions.
5.  Mix pasta, vegetables, and cheese.
6.  Top with approximately 1/2 bottle of zesty Italian dressing
7.  Refrigerate until serving & serve cold.
Note: You may want to add a little more dressing before serving.  The pasta tends to soak up a lot of the dressing.
