Today's CSA portion includes: carrots, cauliflower, onion, mixed lettuce, fennel, snap peas, & baby spinach.
I also wanted to share an update on our own garden. It looks like this right now because everything has grown like crazy.
Clearly it is a hot mess. We are going to try to transplant some plants this weekend, thin it out, get rid of things that aren't working and spread out those that are this weekend. Oh and we are going to tie up our tomatoes. I will share some pics once we get it looking a little cleaner. But in the meantime we have been using fresh herbs and lettuce nearly every day.
