We are slightly past the halfway point of the CSA season. We get a portion each week for 29 weeks. This was our first time participating in a CSA and we have really liked it. Again for anyone local who is interested, the CSA we participate in is called Madison Eats. Each week we get a variety of fruits and vegetables. We have been able to try some things we had never had before and come up with interesting ways to cook vegetables. We definitely eat more produce than we once did too.
Today's CSA portion includes 3 kinds of squash, several kinds tomatoes, cantaloupe, peppers, onions, & raspberries.
