Peanut Butter Double Fudge Brownie Cookies

Last Sunday I wanted to do some baking and I had pinned this recipe from Kevin & Amanda a while back.  The Reese's Pieces colors seemed like fall colors to me so I thought it would be a good day to try this recipe.

 
Ingredients:
1 box fudge brownie mix
1 C flour
2 eggs
1/4 C butter, melted
1/2 C Reese's Pieces
1/2 C Hershey's Baker's Melts, roughly chopped


Recipe:
Mix melted butter & eggs together.


Add brownie mix and flour and mix well together.  Batter will be very thick and sticky.



Add in Reese's Pieces & Baker's Melts.


Place dough in rounded balls on baking sheet covered with wax paper.


Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.  Cookies will be soft.


Cool on wire racks.


These cookies are definitely a brownie-like consistency which we really liked.  Enjoy!
