Frozen Dog Treats

I don't know about your dog, but Layla loves ice cream of any kind.  If you buy frozen dog treats they can get expensive.  For example, yesterday I bought a 4 pack of dog sundaes from Schwans and I think they were $5-6.  However, it is really easy to make your own dog ice cream with a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
32 oz plain yogurt (not low fat or fat free)
2-3 ripe bananas
3-4 T honey
1/2 C creamy peanut butter.

You can make this by hand or in a mixer.  If you are making it in a mixer just throw all the ingredients in and blend together until smooth.  If mixing by hand, mash bananas first then add remaining ingredients.
Spread mixture evenly into ice cube trays and freeze.  This recipe makes about 2.5 ice cube trays worth of treats.
They're a little sloppy but Layla Jane doesn't mind.

Freeze until solid, then spoil your puppy.
