Today I made a strawberry rhubarb pie. I needed to use the rhubarb from my CSA portion this week and the only thing I know about rhubarb is that its tart so it pairs well with the sweetness of strawberries. Since I've never baked anything with rhubarb before I searched out several recipes and decided on this one.
It cooked over some around the edges but it still looks and smells delicious. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
