Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

I'm linking up with Fluster Buster this week for her Creative Muster Party and the Koenig's Mid Week Link Up to share this simple recipe.

I have made this meal a few times before because it is so simple.  I worked last night and am working again tonight so a meal I can quickly throw in the crockpot and sleep all day is the best for days like today.  As with yesterday's meal I originally found the recipe on Pinterest.  I've seen several variations of this chicken on Pinterest but I chose this recipe because it had the fewest ingredients. This meat could be used for a sandwich, put on a salad, or used as the base for another meal.  We are going to have buffalo chicken sandwiches tonight and tomorrow I think we may have buffalo chicken quesadillas using the leftover meat.

Ingredients
1 pkg chicken breast (3-5 breasts)
1 12 oz bottle Frank's Original hot sauce
1 pkt dry ranch dressing mix
Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
Top with  Frank's hot sauce.
Sprinkle with ranch packet.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Remove chicken and shred.
Return to crockpot for 1 more hour.
